Grainbakers offers one-of-a-kind, spent-grain breadmaking classes. Whether you’re new to bread baking or a seasoned sourdough wizard looking for a new twist, you’re welcome here. When the brew crew wraps up for the day, we roll up our sleeves and turn fresh barley, recycled from the brewing process, into a warm, whole-grain boule—earthy, nourishing, and ridiculously satisfying.
