RESCHEDULING, CANCELING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS
PLEASE UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS.
We do not offer refunds unless a particular class does not reach minimum numbers or, for some unforeseen reason, must be canceled or rescheduled by Grainbakers. In this case, you will offered a full refund. You will first be offered the option to choose a future class to attend.

If you cannot attend class, you must contact us BEFORE the class, and we will reschedule you for a future class. You must email us before 10 AM on the day of your scheduled class. You may rebook your class for an upcoming class at any brewery location we offer.

If you would like to TRANSFER your tickets to someone else, you must contact us with the name and email address of the recipient.

DO NOT attempt to resell tickets! Scammers on Facebook may offer to sell tickets below face value with offers of venmo or zelle cash transfer. These are scams. Please contact us before you attempt to buy tickets from someone else.
