One of your first questions is where to put this class.

Your ideal first location might be a back room typically used for private parties or corporate events. Over the years, I've discovered this class works as a high-energy taproom activation if you can put us in the taproom to one side.

 

My other FAVORITE place to have students mix bread is on folding tables in your production brewery area. They feel extra special because they are allowed to have class behind the scenes in your brewery, and it's very Instagrammable.  This works exceptionally well with glass windows or a way to see the guests in the brewhouse room. 

Putting us in the main taproom near the bar increases bar sales and adds a ton of energy to an otherwise slow night. Regulars and curious guests are welcome to come to see what we're up to, and I typically hand them a postcard to encourage them to ask you to host another class in the future.
