So, I seem to KNEAD to have a breadmaking blog to make my search engine optimization work better. That said, I'll introduce myself. I'm Caitlin. I teach a mobile bread-making baking school called Grainbakers at East Bay California Breweries to help them bring in guests on slow nights.
