HOW TO GET MORE SPENT GRAIN
DO NOT SHOW UP AT THESE BREWERIES AND ASK FOR SPENT GRAIN. They may not have brewed that day. YOU NEED TO MAKE AN ADVANCE REQUEST FOR SPENT GRAIN. The best way is to email or use the contact form on their website and specifically reference that you have taken a Grainbakers class. If you call on the phone, you will most likely reach someone, a taproom associate, who can not assist you.
Be prepared - you might have to shovel it from a grain bin yourself.
THIS IS THE EASIEST APPROACH: Look at my Tickets page and find a class near you. You are welcome to stop by one of my classes to grab a freezer bag and take some grain home.
