About this Grainbakers Class
It's the most lovely time of year in San Marcos, and we're celebrating the new Food Truck at Pizza Port San Marcos and some special beer releases. TBA! At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread.
Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection.
