About this Grainbakers Class

At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread.

Each ticketholder will make one recipe. You may choose from:

Rosemary and Sea Salt Artisan Bread
Dark Chocolate & Cherry Artisan Bread
Sun Dried Tomato & Italian Herb

You will participate fully in the class, just like the other students. You may make any of the styles of bread that are available.
