If the brewery taproom is your happy place, this class is for you. Grainbakers offers spent grain baking classes at your favorite brewery, allowing you to unwind, learn a skill and take in the brewery experience.

About this Grainbakers Class
Please note: Altamont is normally closed on Tuesdays, but they're open just for our special Grainbakers class. If you're coming for class, you can bring a non-participating +1 who wants to enjoy pints and their phone or a good book. The music and TV volume will not be loud so we can have class. Kids under 18 are NOT welcome so we can enjoy class. Please tip the heck out of the bar staff, as this is a special event and an experiment. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread. Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection.* This class will have many selections, including:

If another person in your party is making a different type of bread than you, you will still be doing the mixing portion of the class together!

Comp Ticket Cleanup Helper
This ticket is non-transferable. You are agreeing to stay after to help tidy up. You will participate in the class fully, just like the other students. You may do any of the styles of bread available.
