CO-MARKETING
RISE TOGETHER means Grainbakers will help you make some dough on a slow night, but we have to work together to make this happen.
To host a Grainbakers class you need to commit to promoting the class.

From the time Grainbakers releases the ticket link, we will promote and even boost our posts with paid geo-targeted and regional advertising at no cost to you!
A good marketing window is 45 days from the launch of the ticket link to class day.
Expectations and Transparency are essential.
You are agreeing to the following, and we expect that you will try your best to:
-
Announce the class details and ticket link often on Facebook and Instagram during the weeks leading up to the class.
-
Add the class to the event page on your website.
-
Add the class to the events section of your Facebook Page.
-
Use the photographs and assets provided to you by Grainbakers in your social media posts! Get creative. Tell the opportunity in your unique voice.

-
Include the Grainbakers class in your email newsletter to your mailing list (Whatever you have - Mailchimp or Square), advertising the class with photos and a ticket link. Don't forget to tell your mug club, investors and hidden FB groups!
-
Hang up the FREE posters supplied to you by Grainbakers in a prominent location in your taproom! Bathroom stalls the best.
-
TRAIN all staff FOH, Production and BOH on what Grainbakers is so they can explain to guests. Just email or text this link to your staff: www.grainbakers.com/taproom-team-info

-
Know that Grainbakers may bring a photographer to your space for the event; if so, you may need to be in video or photographs. Tell ALL staff to wear branding with prominent logos.
-
Recommended but not required: Ask your social media person to be on-site for the first hour of class to generate reels, stories, and posts. They can have a complimentary ticket to tell the story of the experience.
