Grainbakers offers spent grain bread-making classes at your favorite brewery. Our classes are for everyone from the bread-making enthusiast to the rookie baker and are loved by beer geeks and home brewers. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use fresh, spent grain and work it into a stunning boule of bread. Our classes are fun as a solo outing, a girls' night out, a first date, a staff team builder, and a great introduction to a brewery you've never visited before.

Grainbakers offers one-of-a-kind, spent-grain breadmaking classes and pop-up seasonal events like soft pretzel-making classes. Spent grain is healthy, whole grains recycled from the brewing process. Our 90-minute workshops are hosted at some of the country’s best breweries. Our workshops often sell out fast and are the perfect blend of fun and relaxation.
Whether you’re new to breadmaking or a seasoned sourdough pro craving a fresh twist, you are welcome here. We especially love showing homebrewers how to transform that beautiful spent grain into something extraordinary.
At the end of the brewer’s day, we roll up our sleeves and bake a stunning whole grain boule—earthy, nourishing, and wildly satisfying.
